Burnham-On-Sea's
hovercraft crew got a great reception when they towed the craft through
the streets of the town during the popular winter carnival.
It was towed along the route by the group's 4x4 rescue vehicle near the front of the parade, following a Coastguard vehicle. These photographs, taken in the centre of the town, show the hovercraft moving forward in the procession, escorted by hovercraft crew members. A BARB spokesman said: "We got a great reception from the large crowds all along the route." RELATED LINKS:

vehicles on display on Monday November 7th.
