Crowds flock to Burnham-On-Sea's
2007 ESCAPE
Day
A
crowd of around 3,000 people flocked to Burnham seafront on Saturday
(August 4th), when more than a dozen emergency services from across
Somerset gathered for a joint safety awareness day.
The
fourth annual ESCAPE Day, the Emergency Services Community Awareness
and Promotion Event, included a wide range of demonstrations and
displays and gave the public an opportunity to find out more about
