Burnham-On-Sea
hovercraft station opens to the public
 Visitors
flocked to an open day held by BARB, the Burnham-On-Sea charity
that operates two rescue hovercrafts, on Saturday (March 22nd).
Visitors
were able to pick up beach safety advice from crew members and
also see The Light Of Elizabeth and Spirit of Lelaina hovercrafts
up-close at the seafront station.
BARB-branded
merchandise and collectables were also on sale during the day,
helping to raise funds for the charity.
