pub's quiz nights to benefit town's hovercraft rescue service
BARB,
the charity that runs Burnham-On-Sea's rescue hovercraft, is to
benefit from a series of quiz nights being held at a pub in the
town.
 The
life-saving service will be one of the charities benefiting from
the weekly Sunday night quiz nights being held at The Reed's Arms
from January 21st.
Each
event will start at 8.30pm and the winning team will receive a
£50 prize, with the rest of the proceeds going to charity.
The Reed's Arms is run by JD Wetherspoon and is situated at 1
Pier Street.
