hovercraft helps keep T4 On The Beach concert safe

Dozens
of people wandered out onto the mudflats at Weston-super-Mare
at the end of Sunday's T4 On The Beach outdoor concert, emphasizing
the need for Coastguards and Burnham's rescue hovercraft crew
to be in attendance.
BARB,
the charity that operates Burnham's two rescue hovercrafts, was
invited by Weston Coastguards to help patrol the coastline during
the day-long concert, held on Sunday July 20th.
The
Light Of Elizabeth hovercraft and its crew were on hand to help
music fans should they get into problems in the mud.
"Several
fans were led back to the beach for their own safety and advice
was given to them," said BARB crewmember Andy Croker.
