At Blown Away Kite School we specialise in providing high quality, professional tuition. Based in Bristol, we run courses around the South West Coast of England, and South Wales including the sandy beaches at Burnham-On-Sea, Somerset.

Kitesurfing is the fastest growing water sport in the world and offers the ultimate buzz! Following the initial Intro Safety/Taster lesson we specialise in 1-2-1 tuition with discounts available for groups, and offer lessons to suit a wide range of ages and abilities. Perfect as a gift!

Unlike most schools, when you book yourself, or your group onto one of our courses you will NOT be joined by strangers who may hold you back! It will just be you, or your friends and your instructor!

A power kite lesson will thrill anyone who has never felt the power a kite can generate, as well as providing necessary skills to someone keen to master their own kite.

We also offer other sports at nearby Weston-Super-Mare - why not try Kite landboarding which is a great alternative or stepping stone towards kitesurfing. You can cruise along doing jumps and flatland tricks, as in kitesurfing, without the need to get wet. Adding the board into the equation is where the fun really begins!

Buggies are perfect for you speed freaks out there and are surprisingly easy to get to grips with. You cover the fundamentals of kite control and steering the buggy, building the skills and confidence required to master this awesome sport!
