College Street Dental is a long established independent dental practice based in Burnham-On-Sea town centre where we have four clinicians who have been with the practice for 94 years combined!

Our aims are clear in that we strive to provide excellent preventive treatment to our patients where we excel in both quality of treatment and customer care.

We have recently been awarded by our local MP Tessa Munt the British Dental Association Good Practice Award.

We welcome new patients to the practice who can join by completing a simple form which is within our 'Welcome Pack'. This pack is available from our reception team or we are happy to send one to you.

When the paper work is completed we then book a half an hour new patient consultation which includes checking your medical status, asking some life style questions to assess your risk of oral cancer, looking at your lips, cheeks, tongue and gums to make sure they are all healthy, and of course a full examination of your teeth.

We always ensure our patients do not have to wait in the event of needing urgent treatment and reserve daily appointments to provide for this. Our aim is that patients are seen within a 24 hour period.

We offer our patients interest free credit for treatment costing over £500 so that achieving the smile you desire can be easily budgeted for.

Another option to help budget for your dental care is joining our 'Preventive Plan' where for £12.20 per month you are covered for two Dental Health Checks and hygiene appointments per year as well as 10% discount from our normal price guide for any other treatment. This plan also includes worldwide supplementary dental injury and emergency insurance. We encourage children to attend from an early age and we currently treat children up to 18 on the NHS. We hold regular free 'Children's Days' where families are invited into the practice to see Jane our hygienist for expert advice on teeth brushing and diet. Children always leave happy from these days with a goodie bag and opportunity for face painting as well if they wish.
