Conifers is a spacious apartment which is available for just a night or for a longer stay if you are looking for a base for a holiday. It is ideally situated within a few minutes walk of the long sandy beach and also all of the shops, pubs and entertainment that Brean has to offer.

This accommodation is available on a room only basis for a minimum of 2 nights. It opposite one of the area's leading caravan parks, Northam Farm so there is plenty of choice available for breakfast as well as dinner or try one of the other places to eat out in the area.

The apartment has been decorated to a very high standard and consists of a spacious bedroom with seating area, a separate "dressing room" and a spacious shower room.

Conifers is part of the owners bungalow but you have your own completely separate parking area and front door.


You will feel that this really is a "home from home" from the moment you arrive through your own gates an park on the driveway.

In the dedicated entrance hall there is a wealth of local information and useful leaflets.

The spacious bedroom has a luxury king sized bed and also has a seating area for relaxing with a morning cup of tea or newspaper.

The dressing room gives you that added space that you would not normally find when booking a B&B. There is also a dressing table, kettle, hospitality tray and mini fridge.

An ironing board and iron are available as well as secure safe for your personal posessions. The owners can also provide more cutlery and crockery should you need it.

Being all on one floor it is ideal for anyone as there are no steps leading up to or in the apartment.

Conifers is just a 2 minute walk to the sandy beach, a 5 minute walk to the shops and entertainment, and only a 15 minute walk to Brean Leisure Park and the swimming pool (open all year).

With seven miles of golden sands stretching between the resorts of Burnham-On-Sea and Brean, this is one of the best regions of Britain for taking beach holidays.
