We are suppliers of a wide range of beads and accessories for beading and jewellery making, sewing or any craft. Based in Burnham-On-Sea our shop is full of beads of all sizes and shapes.

Margot is on hand to answer any enquiries. She can help start you making your own jewellery or design more compicated projects. She can also make up jewelley pieces for you if time is short or you need a gift.

Situated just off the High Street, Highly Strung is a bright and airy bead shop. We have a little of everything, catering for the novice and dedicated beading enthusiast, jewellery maker, and those who are seeking inexpensive jewellery either for themselves or as gifts for others.

Stock is ever changing and includes individual glass, Miyuki and Pandora style beads plus a wide range of findings in plated metal, sterling silver and pewter. Also on offer are C-lon, wire, silk, tools, pliers, storage, books, gift boxes and beading accessories. Gift vouchers are also available.

Help is always on hand to advise new jewellery makers and beaders. A 'design and make up' service is available for people who don't want to make it themselves and small items such as earrings can often be made up while you finish your shopping or go for a coffee in the town. Whichever option you choose, the end result is an 'original' that can be made to match your outfit and reflect your style.
