Set in a beautiful region of Sedgemoor, next to the Bridgwater Bay Nature reserve, between the seaside town of Burnham-on-Sea and the historic market town of Bridgwater, and only 10 minutes from the M5 motorway, Laburnum House Lodge Hotel offers comfortable accommodation and is an ideal destination for individuals, couples, families and business guests alike.

Laburnum House is an ideal venue for corporate and outdoor events. With substantial grounds, it is suitable for club events, shows, exhibitions, conferences and many diverse sports.

There are 60 en-suite rooms arranged in double, twin or family layouts, all with colour TV and tea & coffee making facilities, and car parking for 120 cars.


There is internet access in the main part of the hotel.

Restaurant
The restaurant offers quality home cooked food served by friendly staff at reasonable prices. The menu is traditionally British with a famous Sunday lunch carvery and an imaginative choice for vegetarians. Children are most welcome and can enjoy proper food in small portions. Food is served Monday-Saturday 19:00-21:00 and on Sundays between 12:00-14:00 and 19:00-20:30.

Leisure facilities

Laburnum House has a heated indoor swimming pool, tennis court, gym and a sauna which can be used by guests staying at the hotel or in self catering accommodation.

There are also plenty of outdoor activities that can be enjoyed either onsite or nearby.

There are many local walks where you can spot the local wildlife across the Nature Reserve or why not spend a relaxing afternoon fishing?

Weddings
Your wedding day is the most special day of your life, and we at Laburnum House would be honoured to cater for you and offer assistance and guidance. We have been holding wedding parties here for twenty years and as a result our experienced staff can offer a professional service tailored to suit your requirements. Laburnum House is licensed as a venue for civil ceremonies.

From a finger buffet with disco to a hot buffet, carvery or lavish banquet, we can offer a wide range of meals for that special occasion, tailored to meet your needs. Our experienced staff will ensure that your special day runs smoothly.

Conferences

Situated in a tranquil part of the Somerset countryside but in close proximity to the motorway and A38, Laburnum House is ideally situated for your conference or business meeting. We have a wide variety of meeting rooms, excellent accommodation and numerous recreational facilities.

Self catering Lodges
