 Magnolia
House is a welcoming bed and breakfast situated within a 2 to
3 minutes walk of the centre of Burnham-On-Sea. This four-star
facility has been refurbished to a very high standard and boasts
many unique features.
In
2008 Magnolia House was awarded the very prestigious
4 stars by the AA. This makes Magnolia House one of the few guest
houses to hold both these prestigiously high awards simultaneously,
4 stars from both Visit Britain/Enjoy England & the AA and
it is the only guesthouse in Burnham-On-Sea to have achieved this.
All
of the rooms are beautifully decorated and spacious with exquisite
ensuite facilities. Each room also has Freeview TV and a DVD player
with a wide range of DVD films to choose from. A complimentary
tray of tea/coffee making facilities is also provided in all rooms,
as well as a hairdryer.
For
families there is a unique suite available which offers two interconnecting
bedrooms to allow accommodation for up to six guests. This suite
has ensuite facilities and a larger flat screen TV with DVD player.
A
dedicated family room is available with a double bed and single
bed, ensuite, Freeview TV and DVD. Other extras that the hosts
offer to enhance your stay are highchairs, travel cots, strollers
and ironing equipment, all available at no extra charge.
The
other bedrooms consist of two double rooms allowing a total of
13 guests altogether. The charming, fully air conditioned breakfast
room provides a delightful place to start the day. A choice of
continental or traditional breakfasts are offered as well as special

is plenty of parking for guests at Magnolia House. All rooms have
keyless entry security locks and there is WiFi access.
