Magnolia House is a welcoming bed and breakfast situated within a 2 to 3 minutes walk of the centre of Burnham-On-Sea. This four-star facility has been refurbished to a very high standard and boasts many unique features.

In June 2010 Magnolia House was re-awarded for the 4th consecutive year, 4 stars from both Visit Britain and the highly prestigious AA, then Visit Britain added to that with their illustrious ‘Silver Award’ (one step away from 5 stars) and if that wasn't enough they also gave a ‘Breakfast Award’ for the outstanding quality and assortment of breakfasts on offer daily! This makes Magnolia House the only guest house in Burnham-on-Sea to hold all these highly sought after accolades from both these independent organisations simultaneously.

All of the rooms are beautifully decorated and spacious with exquisite ensuite facilities. Each room also has its own wall mounted LCD Freeview TV and a DVD player. A well stocked complimentary tray of tea/coffee making facilities is also provided in all rooms, as well as a hairdryer.

For families there is a unique suite available which offers two interconnecting bedrooms to allow accommodation for up to four guests. This suite has a luxury fully tiled ensuite, a 32" freeview TV in the main room and a freeview TV in the smaller room, a 'silent mini-fridge', a DVD player & a leather sofa & chair.

A dedicated family / triple room is available with a double bed and single bed, luxury ensuite, 32" Freeview TV and DVD.

The charming, fully air conditioned breakfast room provides a delightful place to start the day. A choice of continental or traditional breakfasts are offered as well as special options for children.

There is plenty of off road parking for guests at Magnolia House. All rooms have keyless entry security locks and there is WiFi access.

We do not accommodate children under the age of 5.
