and breakfast is ideally situated just a few minutes from Burnham-On-Sea's
seafront, town centre, major shops, restaurants and pubs.
house was built at the turn of the century and converted to a
guest house in 2003. The house still retains many attractive period
features and it is maintained to the highest standards throughout.
Aubyns has a unique feature which sets it apart from other Guest
Houses and B&Bs in the area. It is the only Guest House in
Burnham-On-Sea with its own heated indoor swimming pool. The pool
is open from Easter until the 31st October.
