Stoddens Farm Cottages are located in a Grade II listed Jacobean barn conversion on the outskirts of the Victorian seaside town of Burnham-On-Sea. The cottages (Ashcott and Burcott) are full of character and each contains spacious and comfortable accommodation for 4 people (1 twin and 1 double bedroom).

Ashcott and Burcott each benefit from large private gardens with stunning views over Brent Knoll and the Somerset Levels.

Rates are between £230-£450 per week. There are also special prices for weekend and mid week short breaks throughout the year. Please telephone for latest offers.

Ashcott and Burcott are beautiful holiday homes, each for up to 4 guests.

They have similar layouts with generously proportioned accommodation and gardens with stunning views over the Somerset Levels.

Each cottage boasts a large living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, a ground floor bathroom with bath and over-bath shower and two comfortable bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin).

The cottages are semi-detached, providing ideal accommodation for larger groups or two-family groups.

Each cottage offers:

Kitchen:-The kitchen is well equipped with microwave, oven, grill, fridge with seperate freezer compartment, washing machine and toaster. It opens in to:

Living/Dining Room:-The comfortable beamed living room benefits from a fireplace, digital television, DVD player and radio/CD/cassette player. There is an ample dining area.

Bathroom:-A modern family bathroom featuring a bath with shower over completes the ground floor accommodation.

Double Bedroom:-A light and generous double bedroom with beamed ceiling and comfortable memory-foam mattress for a great night’s sleep!

Twin Bedroom:-A spacious and comfortable twin bedroom, also beamed, with more memory foam mattresses!

The garden is largely laid to lawn and has mature shrubbery and trees. There is a generous patio with table and chairs with a barbeque for dining alfresco on those long summer nights!

There is private parking is available alongside the cottages. Bed and kitchen linen is included as well as towels, although visitors should bring their own beach towels.

Cot, highchair and potty available on request.

For the comfort of subsequent guests Stoddens Farm Holiday Cottages operate a no smoking policy.

One pound coin meters are supplied for lighting, cooking, hot water etc.

It is regretted that pets cannot be accommodated save for assistance dogs for the disabled.
