As a Therapist my aim is to help my Client regardless of creed, gender, nationality or sexual orientation, to find appropriate ways of meeting their own unique needs and to improve their mental health and emotional well-being.

I offer a safe supportive, confidential environment which enables my Client and I to build a safe & secure relationship. I have an empathic, sensitive, non-judgmental, professional approach.

I am a Professional Practitioner and have obtained an Advanced Certificate in Counselling and an Advanced Diploma in Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy. This also includes training in my own orientation of a Person Centred approach, Transactional Analysis & Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.

I am a Member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) and I practice within their Ethical Framework for good Practice.

I provide long & short term therapy, usually 1 hr appointments, for individuals, couples, elderly & young people.

It is important to me to offer affordable prices so those on lower incomes and Clients on NHS waiting lists have the choice of Private Counselling.

Initial 30 minute assessment: £10

Price per session before concessions is £35
