Brent
Knoll goes back in time as it holds its annual Christmas Review
Brent
Knoll Parish Hall will be transformed into an old time Music Hall
on Saturday (December 2nd) when villagers hold a night of music
from across the ages.
The
village's popular Christmas Review returns with the theme 'Olde
Tyme Music Hall'.
"Performed
by local amateur performers and full of fun, frolics and songs,
it will take you back to the era of Music Hall," said organiser
Sarah Joyce, who is producing and directing the evening. "There
will be treats in store for all tastes."
"If you would like to come in period costume, that would
be great and will add further to the atmosphere as the Parish
Hall becomes a Music Hall for one night only!"
The
event starts at 7pm for a 7.30pm start. Mulled wine and mince
pies will also be served during the interval, with proceeds going
towards towards the Bobbie John Appeal. Some of the performers
are pictured above.
