Motorcyclist
injured in collision with car near Burnham-On-Sea

A
motorcyclist was rushed to Weston General Hospital with head injuries
following an accident near Burnham-On-Sea on Sunday afternoon
(May 21st).
The
biker collided with a blue-coloured Ford Ghia at the entrance
to the Brent House Carvery on the A38 near Burnham-On-Sea.
Police
and paramedics were called to the scene shortly before 3pm and
the biker was quickly taken to Weston General Hospital.
A
police spokesman told Burnham-On-Sea.com that the biker's injuries
were not believed to be life threatening.
The
bike was taken away by a recovery team following the accident
- as pictured - and police investigated the blue Ford Ghia.
