Police
close Burnham-On-Sea road after vehicle spins off into ditch

Burnham-On-Sea road was closed on Thursday evening (June 29th)
after a vehicle span off the road into a ditch.
A
lady and a young boy had a lucky escape by crawling out of the
car uninjured.
The
crash closed Stoddens Lane at around 4.55pm after the driver lost
control shortly before a bend on the country lane.
Police
and paramedics rushed to the scene, but were relieved to find
no casualties. A recovery truck was called soon afterwards to
pull the stranded vehicle from the ditch.
