Fallen
tree holds up traffic along main Burnham-On-Sea road
Traffic
came to a halt in part of Burnham-On-Sea on Saturday May 27th
when a large tree was sent crashing down in the high winds.
Part
of Love Lane, near the main roundabout outside Burnham Hospital,
was blocked and police faced the problem of keeping traffic moving
in the area.
Motorists
were re-directed around the troublespot and council officials
were drafted in to remove the obstacle.
