Burnham-On-Sea's
Trinity Rise bursts into festive colour!

A
Burnham-On-Sea cul-de-sac whose impressive display of Christmas
lights was featured on national TV last year has burst into festive
colour again this week as residents lit up their homes.
Crowds
of onlookers watched the eight Trinity Rise homes illuminate their
decorations on
Friday night (December 1st) when residents also held a
Christmas street party.
The
homes are decorated top to bottom in thousands of lights, as shown
here, and last year gained national attention when they were featured
on GMTV.
"We've
got a really special display again this year," organiser
Christine Woodbery told Burnham-On-Sea.com. "This is our
ninth year and we have a total of eight homes taking part, which
is the most ever. This year's lights really are something special!"
The
lights are on display every night from 4pm until January 6th.
Last year, a huge £4,000 was raised for charity and organisers
hope similar amount will be raised for this year's beneficiaries:
BIBIC, BARB and the Somerset Children's Hospice.
