Kiters
fly in for demonstration at Burnham-On-Sea garden centre
Visitors to a garden centre near Burnham-On-Sea this Bank Holiday
weekend (April 29th to May 1st) will see something 'out of this
world'.
UFO
Power Kites will be putting on demonstrations and chatting to
customers at Sanders Garden World about kite flying and other
sporting activities in the garden centre's newly created Village
Square.
UFO
Power Kites will be at the garden centre on Saturday April 29th,
Sunday, April 30th and Monday May 1st.
Peter
Burks, Managing Director at Sanders Garden World, said: "We
are looking forward to welcoming the group to the garden centre.
They will be the very first organisation to use our new Village
Square area."
"This
space is now available for everyone, from organic food producers
to stilt walkers. During the coming months, we anticipate receiving
several thousand visitors a day and are happy to provide the venue
and space free of charge to anyone."
The
garden centre says it will cover the costs associated with promoting
any events it has on site to existing customers and potential
new ones via advertising and publicity.
"Our
Village Square area will be available for outside organisations
to use free of charge for any demonstrations, displays, performances,
fundraising events and promotional activities as long as they
do not clash with our company policies or anything were
already doing or selling in-store."
The
Village Square is available for use by arrangement during garden
centre opening hours by calling Fiona Hooper on 01278 761111.
