Pranksters target Burnham-On-Sea town centre fountain

A fountain in the centre of Burnham-On-Sea was targeted by pranksters during the early hours of Saturday morning (October 27th).

Detergent was poured into the display at the junction of Pier Street and Abingdon Street, resulting in large quantities of foam being created, as pictured here.

The fountain has been targeted several times in recent years and local police say CCTV cameras are monitoring the area and that "action will be taken against offenders if needed."
