Top guitarists lined up for Burnham-On-Sea Riitz Social Club concert

Guitar music fans are in for a treat next month when top guitarists Cliff Moore and Jason Morris are set to perform together at a concert in Burnham-On-Sea.

Organised by Jeff Ham of Burnham Rock, the event will be held at the Ritz Social Club on Saturday June 16th.

Over the last 20 years, Cliff Moore has played with a host of top musicians including Iron Maiden, Whitesnake, Reef, UFO and Ozzie Osborne's Blizzard of Oz.

Jason Morris has already made an impact on the rock scene, having been voted UK guitarist of the year by Guitarist Magazine, Total Guitar, Guitar Techniques, and What Guitar Magazine.

Tickets for the event, priced at £6 each, are available from Musical Moments in Burnham Shopping Centre at 5-10 High Street or £8 on the door.

Jason Morris said: "The Morris Brothers band is looking forward to playing with Cliff Moore and his band. Between us, we will make this event a huge success."

Cliff Moore added: "I am looking forward to June 16th and seeing my friends in Burnham again."

The event's organisers hope to organise a follow-up event next spring. The concert will be held at The Ritz Social Club from 8.30pm until late.
