House developer unveils plans for 39 new Burnham homes

House developer Bloor has this week submitted proposals to build 39 new homes in Burnham-On-Sea.

The Swindon-based company is applying for full planning permission for 39 dwellings and garages on land at Rosewood Farm off Ben Travers Way.

The new homes will form the fourth phase of development at the site.

The plans are set to be reviewed by Sedgemoor's Development Control Committee early in 2008.

If given the go-ahead, the scheme would likely add more pressure to Somerset County Council to complete the nearby Frank Foley Parkway.
