Police make appeal after assault at Burnham-On-Sea car park

Burnham-On-Sea police have appealed for witnesses after an alleged assault took place in a town car park on Easter Sunday evening (April 8th).

One man aged 18 was arrested following the incident at around 7pm at the Lynton Road car park, pictured above. A group of 7-8 people were believed to be in the car park at the time.

Beat Manager Martin Childs told Burnham-On-Sea.com: “One male was arrested on suspicion of actual bodily harm after one person was left with facial injuries.”

“We would appeal for anyone who saw this incident to contact Sgt Brandon or Huckle at Burnham-On-Sea Police Station on 0845 4567000.”
