Burnham-On-Sea motorcyclist in rush-hour accident

Paramedics and police rushed to a Burnham-On-Sea roundabout on Friday evening (October 26th) following an accident involving a car and a motorcyclist.

The incident occurred during the busy rush hour at 6pm at the junction of the Frank Foley Parkway and Love Lane, besides the Tesco roundabout, as pictured here.

Paramedics dealt with minor injuries at the scene, but no casualties required hospital treatment.

Queues of traffic built up in the area, but Love Lane and the roundabout remained open.
