Busy night of events planned for New Year's Eve in Burnham-On-Sea

Revellers in Burnham-On-Sea will be able to celebrate the start of 2008 in style with a line-up of live music across the town on New Year's Eve.

Popular local group The Ginger Hitlas (pictured) will be playing at The Ritz Club in Victoria Street from 9pm.

Tickets, costing £10 each, are now on sale at GC Music by calling 01278 794434 or visiting The Ritz Club.

Local group River Brue will be in action at the Old Pier Tavern, playing a line-up of popular music from 8pm onwards.

And a Red Hot Chilli Peppers tribute band will entertain revellers at The Railway Inn in the High Street from 9pm. Tickets cost £3 on the door.
