Fire
crew tackles blaze at Burnham-On-Sea
Sailing Club
A
Burnham-On-Sea fire crew rushed to the town's Sailing Club on
Saturday evening (July 22nd) after smoke was spotted around the
building, as pictured here.
Firefighters
were on scene at around 5.45pm to extinguish a small fire in the
club's boat yard with a single hose reel.
A
fire brigade spokeswoman told Burnham-On-Sea.com: "This incident
was caused by a controlled fire being left unattended."
"It
was quickly brought under control by our crew."
She
added: "There was very minimal damage."
