Vandals
pull down signs outside two Burnham-On-Sea shops
The
owners of this Burnham-On-Sea art gallery and coffee shop are
counting the cost of crime after vandals ripped down signs outside
their two premises at the weekend.
Empty
spaces on the walls outside Burnetts Coffee Shop and The Art Gallery
just off Victoria Street mark the spots where four signs were
sited until vandals attacked them during the early hours of Sunday.
A
spokesman from The Art Gallery told Burnham-On-Sea.com: "The
four signs were competely broken in a senseless attack. We estimate
it will cost us at least £200 to get them replaced."
He
added: "A local resident saw it happening and has given Burnham
police a description of those involved."
