Wimpy
fast food chain opens new restaurant in Brean

Wimpy,
the nationwide fast food chain, has just opened a new outlet in
the centre of Brean, near Burnham-On-Sea.
The
well-known burger chain has opened a restaurant at Brean Leisure
Park in time for the start of the busy tourist season.
Nick
Burrett, Leisure Park spokesman, told Burnham-On-Sea.com: "The
restaurant is located in place of our former bingo hall and is
already proving popular with visitors to the park."
"A
strong, well-known High Street brand like Wimpy has instant appeal
before you even set foot inside."
He
hinted that further well-known High Street brands could be coming
to the park in the future. "It's something we're looking
at, but there's nothing immediately in the pipeline," he
said.
With
over 270 outlets nationwide, Wimpy is the UK's largest independently-owned,
franchised restaurant chain. The chain first appeared on Britain's
high streets in 1954.
