Winning
artists receive their prizes after Burnham art competition
The
young winners of a seaside-themed painting competition have been
handed their prizes in Burnham-On-Sea this week.
Sea
Breeze Art Gallery in Victoria Street invited youngsters from
eight local schools to take part in an art competition aimed at
encouraging children to paint their local scenery, as first reported
here.
Gallery
owner Rhonda Mills judged the best entries and the colourful entries
went on display at the gallery.
The
competition was sponsored by Purrr-fect Pottery and Sea Breeze
and Anya Burridge, owner of Purrr-fect Pottery, handed out prizes
to the winners this week.
