Burnham-On-Sea vicarage garden crash court case is adjourned

A Burnham-On-Sea man appeared before Sedgemoor magistrates on Tuesday (November 18th) following a dramatic accident in which this Bentley convertible careered through a wall into the front garden of the town's vicarage earlier in the month.

As first reported by Burnham-On-Sea.com earlier this month, police rushed to the property in Rectory Road at 8.30pm to find the car had allegedly struck another vehicle and ploughed through a wall.

The 32-year-old man from Rectory Road was arrested and charged with failure to provide a breath specimen and failure to stop at the scene of the collision on Guy Fawkes Day, November 5th.

The case was adjourned in Bridgwater on Tuesday and the man will reappear at Sedgemoor Magistrates Court on December 2nd.
