A luxury Bentley convertible careered through a wall into the front garden of a property in Burnham-On-Sea on Wednesday evening (November 5th).

Police rushed to the scene, in Rectory Road, at 8.30pm, but no-one was injured.

Police spokesman Steve Game told Burnham-On-Sea.com: “The Bentley struck another car and ploughed through the wall.”

“There were no injuries and, fortunately, no ambulance was required on this occassion. Our investigations are ongoing.”

Rectory Road did not have to be closed during the incident. A driver of a vehicle involved in the accident was later arrested.
