A housing developer has unveiled plans to build 48 new homes in Burnham-On-Sea.
Swindon-based Bloor Homes wants to construct the properties on land off Thorndike Way and Cookson Close.
It says the development of one, two and three bed homes would comprise of affordable homes and open market housing.
The plans being drawn up by the developer are also include a new public open space and off-street parking.
