Burnham-On-Sea
BNP members' details made public
The
contact details of three members of the British National Party
(BNP) living in Burnham-On-Sea have been posted online.
The
entire BNP membership list, including the names, addresses and
telephone numbers of more than 10,000 people, has been published
in the leaked document, which has made national headlines in recent
days.
The
details are thought to have been made public by a disgruntled
former party member and include three individuals in Burnham.
BNP
leader Nick Griffin says the document is "essentially genuine"
and has called the leak a "disgraceful act of treachery"
and has asked for a police investigation.
The
BNP has a right-wing political stance and a whites-only membership
policy. The entire list includes teachers, serving and former
police officers as well as librarians, and truck drivers.
