In
photos: Burnham-On-Sea nurse in brave fundraising leap!

This
was the exhilarating moment when a Burnham-On-Sea resident hurtled
through the clouds to raise money for a local charity.
Nicola
Henshaw, a nurse from Burnham, made the brave tandem jump to raise
funds for St Margaret's Hospice, where she works.
Nicola
described the jump - which she made at the home of The Army Parachute
Association at Netheravon Airfield in Wiltshire over the weekend,
"the most exhilarating experience of my life."
Nicola,
and several other local jumpers who were also in the group, are
now counting up their sponsorship money, which they estimate will
be around £3,000.
Anyone
wishing to skydive to raise funds for St Margaret's Hospice can
contact them on 01823 321899.
The
jump was run by Click and Jump Limited, a Taunton-based skydiving
events company. Last
autumn, Burnham-On-Sea hairdresser Emma Snook did a similar
fundraising jump.
