In photos: Burnham and Highbridge Christmas lights competition winners

The winners of Burnham and Highbridge's annual Christmas lights competition were announced on Monday (December 22nd) following a search for the best illuminations.

Mayor Peter Burridge-Clayton and Cllr Pat Burge picked the best residential properties, while Cllr Dennis Davey decided on the top businesses. "It's been a good year for Christmas illuminations in Burnham and Highbridge and this made it difficult to decide the winners," the Mayor told Burnham-On-Sea.com.

.Best illuminated private dwellings in Highbridge:

.Best joint effort private dwellings in Highbridge:

20 & 22 Jasmine Close

The winner for the business competition is Highbridge DIY, Market Street, Highbridge and the runner-up is Flowers and Things, Victoria Street, Burnham-on-Sea.
