From Burnham high street to the world... shop owner goes online

One of Burnham-On-Sea's popular high street shops has become the latest to embrace the internet by starting its own virtual store.

Clothes store DP Menswear, which opened two years ago, has this week launched a new website to meet growing demand.

Owner Dennis Preedy, pictured, told Burnham-On-Sea.com: "As well as a base of regular local customers, we have customers from outside the local area visiting us."

"We try to offer quality products that are not sold on every high street across the country. People like choice and don't always want to be wearing the same as everyone else. The website is the next step for us."
