Burnham-On-Sea Lions Club to hold annual Fun Day
Burnham-On-Sea
Lions Club is holding its annual Fun Day in the town's Manor Gardens
on Sunday afternoon (July 20th).
The
event, which is open to all from 11am-4pm, will include a range
of entertainment, games and stalls.
The
event starts at 11am with Chameleon Batonettes, followed at 11.45am
by a first aid demonstration by Wessex Ambulance.
At
12.30pm, there will be a judo display and at 1.15pm the Catherine
Bartlet Irish dancers will be in action.
A
dog handling display by Canine Capers will be held at 2pm, followed
by a special drama performance by Curtain Call at 2.45pm. The
day will end with Burnham Excellent Entertainment Society (BEES)
at 3.30pm.
Among
the local groups with stalls at the event will be Burnham Scouts,
Hillview Carnival Club, RSPCA, Secret World, Somerset Court, St
Maraget's Hospice and the RNLI.
