Exclusive: Job losses after reorganisation at Burnham Holiday Village

Burnham-On-Sea Holiday Village has this week announced a round of job losses as part of a management reorganisation.

Haven Holidays confirmed to Burnham-On-Sea.com this week that it has laid off three staff as part of a restructuring at the holiday park.

Spokeswoman Naomi Woodstock said: "There has been some reorganisation at the park and changes to ways-of-working which unfortunately have resulted in some staff being made redundant."

And Ian Williams, Manager of the park, added in a statement to Burnham-On-Sea.com: "We are continually reviewing how best to deliver service, standards and quality and to this end there has been a reorganisation of working practices."

"In order to continue delivering an outstanding guest experience to our customers we did have some roles that are no longer required."
