Developer unveils plans for 24 new homes in Burnham-On-Sea

Developers have unveiled plans to build 24 new homes on land in Burnham-On-Sea this week.

House builder Persimmon has applied for full planning permission to build the homes on land to the north of and including 63 Links Gardens off Berrow Road.

The proposal is for the "erection of 24 dwellings and associated parking/garaging" behind the line of existing homes along Berrow Road.

Residents have until 15th April 2008 to submit their feedback regarding the scheme to Sedgemoor planners.
