Day
of accidents on M5 leaves long queues near
Burnham-On-Sea

This
motor home was left with one side badly damaged following a collision
with a lorry on the M5 motorway near Burnham-On-Sea on Friday
afternoon (August 29th).
Although
no-one was injured in the 4.30pm accident on the northbound carriageway
near Sedgemoor Services, it was one of several motorway incidents
during the day that led to long delays for motorists.
Earlier,
a jeep overturned on the northbound carriageway between junctions
22 and 21 at 11am, leaving all
three lanes being briefly closed, but no serious injuries.
