Burnham-On-Sea
hotel owners celebrate after scooping award
The owners of a Burnham-On-Sea hotel are celebrating this week
after the standard of their customer service was highly praised
in a national pub awards scheme.
The
Victoria Hotel has been highly commended in the 'Best Customer
Experience' category of the nationwide Punch Tavern Shine Awards,
finishing fourth out of almost 1,000 entries.
Owners
Martin and Dee Lloyd (pictured) are delighted with the commendation.
Martin told Burnham-On-Sea.com: "We are delighted - it's
great for the Vic and good for Burnham too."
"We
were selected after three visits from a 'mystery customer' who
assesed the hotel and its staff on customer service, knowledge
of the area, knowledge of the hotel, plus cleanliness inside and
out."
