New charity shop to open in Burnham-On-Sea town centre

A new charity shop is making final preparations to open in Burnham-On-Sea's town centre.

Weston Hospicecare Limited has bought the vacant shop at 29 College Street from local estate agents Abbott and Frost.

The property was previously occupied by The Wheatley Clinic until it closed down earlier this year.

"We intend to officially open during the next few weeks, once our stock has been moved in and all the internal changes are complete," a spokesman for the charity told Burnham-On-Sea.com.
