Burnham-On-Sea
family unveils stunning display of 15,000 Christmas lights

This
stunning display of more than 15,000 light bulbs, accompanied
by Christmas music from a dedicated radio station, was unveiled
in Burnham-On-Sea on Sunday evening (November 30th).
Keith
and Jane Mitchell unveiled their electrifying display at the front
of their Winchester Road home in front of a crowd of neighbours
and onlookers.
"It's
taken five months of work and planning, and we're delighted with
the end result," Keith told Burnham-On-Sea.com.
The
display has been topped off with music from the Mitchell's own
short-range radio station, which is on air every night until January
6th from 5.30pm-9pm.
"We're
broadcasting a line-up of Christmas music using a short-range
transmitter on 87.5FM that's been specially chosen to match the
movement of the lights, so people can drive up, tune in their
car radio and both listen to and watch the display," added
Keith.
The
display, which uses low voltage LED lights to conserve power,
has been put together with a good cause in mind since all money
collected will be given to the Make A Wish charity.
