Over 40 runners from across the South West took part in the latest in a series of monthly 5km races on Burnham seafront on Thursday evening (August 6th).
The event, organised by Burnham Swim and Sports Academy with the backing of Burnham Harriers Running Club, was well supported by athletes and spectators.
First home in a fast time of 16 minutes and 45 seconds was Kevin Crenol from Burnham-On-Sea, who is pictured here with second-placed Andy Cooke from Bristol, who finished in 17 minutes and 20 seconds.
A further 5km run and Mini Road Race Relays are scheduled to take place on Thursday, 3rd September.
