Police investigate burglary at Burnham-On-Sea home

Jewellery has been stolen during a burglary at a Burnham-On-Sea home.

Police were called to Abingdon Street in the town centre this morning (Monday, December 21st), as pictured, after the break-in was discovered at a private property.

Police spokesman Simon Whitby told Burnham-On-Sea.com: "Several items, including a small quantity of jewellery, were stolen. It's believed the burglars enterered through a back door of the home."

Police are pictured in the Abingdon Street on Monday morning as their investigations into the break-in began
