A Highbridge man has been arrested on suspicion of manslaughter after police made the grizzly discovery of a body at a home in the town centre.

Police were called to an address in Market Street at 4.45pm last Friday (February 27th) following a report of a sudden death.

He confirmed: "A 43 year-old man was arrested in connection with the incident on suspicion of manslaughter and being connected with the supply of heroin. The man has been released on bail pending further investigations."
