Four fire crews tackle blaze at Brent Knoll pub

-

Fire crews from Burnham-On-Sea tackled a property fire in Brent Knoll on Wednesday morning (February 4th).

Fire engines from Burnham and Weston were sent to the rear of the Brent House pub at 5.20am after reports that an outbuilding was well alight.

On arrival, the crews requested another two fire engines and got to work tackling the blaze with compressed air foam and a hose reel jet.

“The property, measuring approximately 15m x 3m, was well alight and crews worked to prevent the fire spreading to adjacent buildings,” a fire spokesman told Burnham-On-Sea.com.
