EastEnders actor stays at Burnham-On-Sea bed and breakfast
A
familiar face from BBC1's EastEnders was in Burnham-On-Sea earlier
this week when he stayed at a bed and breakfast in the town.
Wheelchair-bound David Proud, who plays Adam Best in the hit TV
soap, stayed at Magnolia House B&B in Manor Road with his
parents.
David,
pictured here with Magnolia House's owners Alistair and Roz Hendry,
stayed over the weekend while visiting the area.
Alistair
told Burnham-On-Sea.com: "We were honoured to have David
and his family with us."
"They
have stayed with us several times before and they always enjoy
their visit."
"David
couldn't get out into the back garden but wanted to see our chickens
close up, so we brought one in for him to see up close."
David,
26, has received critical praise for his acting ability. In
September, he became the first disabled actor to play a regular
disabled part in EastEnders.
In
the soap, he plays university student Adam Best, who has set his
sights firmly on winning the heart (and mind) of fellow Oxford
brainiac Libby Fox, much to the annoyance of Walfords wannabe
kingpin Darren Miller.
